Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and manage the company’s financial operations. The CFO will oversee accounting functions, monitor cash flow, analyze financial performance, and develop both short-term and long-term financial strategies to support company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee all financial operations and accounting activities
– Supervise accounting staff and ensure accurate financial reporting
– Monitor and manage company cash flow
– Analyze financial data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and growth opportunities
– Develop and implement short-term and long-term financial plans
– Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
Qualifications:
– Strong accounting experience required
– Proficiency in QuickBooks
– Experience with trucking/accounting software (ProTransport preferred)
– Strong analytical and leadership skills
– Experience in the trucking or transportation industry is a plus
