KCC Consulting Inc is seeking a motivated and experienced Safety Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations and hands-on experience managing safety operations for large trucking fleets (one company).
Key Responsibilities:– Oversee and manage all FMCSA compliance and safety programs.
– Monitor driver qualification files, logs, inspections, and incident reports.
– Develop and implement internal safety procedures and driver training programs.
– Conduct safety audits and ensure timely corrective actions.
– Work closely with dispatch, HR, and operations to maintain a culture of safety and accountability.
Qualifications: – Minimum 3 years of experience as a Safety Manager.
– Proven experience managing safety operations for 100+ trucks.
– Strong knowledge of FMCSA, DOT, and OSHA regulations.
– Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
– Proficiency in safety management systems and compliance software.
