We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented professional to support daily operations for our trailer leasing business.

Responsibilities:

– Communicate with customers via phone and email.
– Billing, and maintain accurate records.
– Coordinate trailer leases
– Support general office and administrative functions.

Qualifications:

– Strong accounting, and organizational skills.
– Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Quickbook.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
– Comfortable with both office and field responsibilities.
– Experience in transportation, logistics, equipment leasing, or a related industry preferred.
