STAR PARTNERS LLC IS SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED SAFETY MANAGER

Star Partners LLC is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to oversee safety operations for our growing trucking company with a fleet of 20 trucks.
Responsibilities:
– Ensure compliance with FMCSA, DOT, and company safety regulations
– Monitor driver qualification files and Hours of Service compliance
– Conduct driver safety training and orientation programs
– Investigate incidents, accidents and safety violations
– Maintain compliance records
– Coordinate drug and alcohol testing programs
– Develop and enforce company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
– Experience in trucking transportation safety management
– Strong knowledge of FMCSA and DOT regulations
– Excellent organizational and communication skills
