Requirements:
– Valid driver’s license
– Eligible to work in the u.s.
– 2–3 years of experience in servicing, installations, and preventative maintenance
– Experience installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial coffee machines and espresso equipment (e.g., brewers, grinders, blenders, etc.)
– Ability to provide best-in-class customer service, including troubleshooting and basic on-site equipment training to maximize customer satisfaction and retention
