ENTRY-LEVEL BOOKKEEPER (AR/AP)

Logistics Network Group. LTD is a transportation company with over 15 years of operations. Together with its subsidiaries, the company provides asset-based trucking, warehousing, and equipment maintenance services.
We are looking for an Entry-Level Bookkeeper to join our accounting team. This position combines Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable responsibilities and offers an opportunity to learn from an experienced accounting group within a stable and well-established
company.
Location: Joliet, IL (in-office)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Responsibilities:
– Prepare customer invoices and record payments
– Process vendor and carrier invoices
– Assist with AR/AP reconciliation
– Maintain organized financial records
– Support the accounting team with bookkeeping tasks
Qualifications:
– Entry-level candidates welcome
– Basic understanding of bookkeeping or accounting principles
– Excel proficiency preferred
– Understanding of the trucking or transportation industry is highly valued
– Strong organizational skills, punctuality, and reliability
– Ability to work independently and solve problems
– Willingness to learn and grow within the company
