- Proven experience handling claims, inspections, and audits
- Ability to implement and oversee safety programs company-wide
- Strong communication and leadership skills
2. Experienced Dispatcher
- Must have industry connections and an active book of freight
- Experience coordinating loads, managing drivers, and optimizing routes
