Key Responsibilities:
– Manage freight operations and logistics processes from start to finish.
– Develop and maintain relationships with carriers, shippers, and clients.
– Negotiate rates, contracts, and shipping schedules.
– Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery.
– Resolve transportation issues, delays, and discrepancies efficiently.
– Maintain accurate documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and shipment records.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a freight broker or in logistics management.
– Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and industry standards.
– Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
– Ability to work independently and handle multiple shipments simultaneously.
