Key Responsibilities
– Source, screen, and recruit qualified CDL Class A drivers.
– Conduct phone interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process.
– Coordinate with the safety and onboarding teams to ensure smooth hiring and orientation.
– Build and maintain a pipeline of driver candidates through job boards, referrals, and social media.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system.
Requirements
– Proven experience in truck driver recruiting is a must.
– Strong understanding of DOT regulations and driver qualification standards.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
– Familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms (e.g., Tenstreet, Indeed, etc).
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Job Type: Full-time, Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekends as needed
