Locations & Compensation
Elmhurst, IL (Office-Based)
$75,000 – $110,000 per year + Performance Bonuses

Remote (Overseas)
$2,000 per month + Performance Bonuses

Position Mission: – Oversee FMCSA/DOT compliance and regulatory adherence
– Manage, coach, and monitor safety team members and driver performance
– Lead response to accidents and 24/7 safety-related events to ensure rapid resolution-
– Investigate accidents and incidents; support claims management
– Deliver practical safety training and foster a strong safety-first culture
Requirements: – Minimum 2 years of experience in Transportation Safety
– Fluent in English (written and verbal)
– Strong, proactive leadership mindset with a safety-first approach
– Ability to operate in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment
