Established trucking company is looking for experienced professionals to join our team. We are hiring for three separate positions:
1. SAFETY & LOGBOOKS SPECIALIST
– DOT/FMCSA safety compliance
– Monitor and review ELD/logbooks
– Identify and correct log violations
– Maintain driver qualification and safety files
– Handle safety-related paperwork and compliance
– Work directly with drivers regarding safety and HOS requirements
– Previous trucking safety/ELD experience required
2. DRIVER RECRUITER
– Actively search for qualified CDL drivers
– Create and post driver recruitment ads
– Manage ads on recruiting platforms and social media
– Respond to driver inquiries and applications
– Screen and interview potential drivers
– Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
– Coordinate driver onboarding
– Maintain a pipeline of potential drivers
– Previous CDL driver recruiting experience preferred
3. BILLING SPECIALIST
– Prepare and submit invoices to customers and brokers
– Review rate confirmations, BOLs and PODs
– Make sure all required paperwork is received before billing
– Track submitted invoices and payments
– Follow up on missing paperwork and unpaid invoices
– Maintain accurate billing records
– Previous trucking billing experience preferred
