We are hiring a reliable and organized Fleet Parts Coordinator for our private fleet repair shop. Our equipment includes Kenworth, Freightliner Cascadia, Volvo, Mack, plus dry van & reefer trailers (Thermo King, Carrier — Hyundai, Great Dane, Vanguard, Atro).

Responsibilities:
Order truck & trailer parts
Maintain and organize inventory
Work with vendors & dealerships
Pull and stage parts for technicians
Verify invoices in company software
Prepare repair quotes for owner‑operators & lease drivers
